Data controller

KIMA, a sole proprietorship operating Maison YASMINA. SIREN: 833 933 773. Address: 58 rue de Crèvecœur, 93300 Aubervilliers, France. The operator’s full identity is given in the legal notice. For any question or to exercise your rights, write to bonjour@maison-yasmina.fr.

What we process, why and for how long

  • Customer account — identity, email, sign-in data. To create and secure your account (contract). Kept while in use, then deleted or anonymised after three years of inactivity; sessions last up to thirty days.
  • Orders and delivery — email, contents, confirmed payment, address, telephone number, tracking and any invitation code with its reduction. To fulfil the sale and delivery, apply the code and limit its use (contract), then keep the records (legal obligation). Ten years in accounting archives. The address and telephone number are entered on Stripe’s interface; the Maison never receives or stores card numbers.
  • Quotations — identity, company, email, delivery postcode and city, type and date of the occasion, selection, comment. To answer your request (pre-contractual steps). Three years after the last contact if the quotation does not proceed.
  • Reviews — first name, last name, private email, rating, text and optional month of experience. To moderate and publish your review, inform you of moderation decisions and find it from an account with the same verified address (consent). See Your reviews.
  • The Maison Letter — email and language. To send you our news (consent, double confirmation). Until you unsubscribe, which you can do from the link in every issue.
  • Security — IP address and technical events. To prevent abuse and fraud (legitimate interest). Temporary use: IP addresses are not kept in our logs.

Required form fields are needed to process your order, quotation or review; the others are marked as optional. At least once a year, the Maison reviews information that has exceeded these periods and deletes or anonymises it.

Recipients and transfers

Only the Maison and its essential providers can access your information: Amazon Web Services (hosting in France, Paris region), Stripe (payment), OVHcloud (transactional emails) and Brevo (the Maison Letter, data hosted in the European Union). It is never sold nor used for targeted advertising. Stripe may transfer some payment data outside the European Union, notably to the United States, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interest, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time, for example by withdrawing your review or unsubscribing from the Letter. Write to bonjour@maison-yasmina.fr: the Maison replies within the statutory period and asks for proof of identity only in case of reasonable doubt. You may also close your account from your account area: access is removed and information no longer required is pseudonymised, while records subject to a legal obligation stay archived for their statutory period. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

The cookies we use are described on the Cookies page.

Your reviews

Collection. You can share your experience without an account, using your first name, last name and email, or from your verified account. One active review per address, without a purchase requirement or reward. Reviews are not subject to purchase verification. A receipt email offers an optional confirmation of your address within 24 hours: it establishes only the address, neither a purchase nor an authentic experience, and does not determine publication. If you choose to sign in from the form, your draft (text, rating, anonymity, no name or email) stays in your tab for 30 minutes.

Moderation. Every review is read by the Maison before publication, whatever its rating, with a target of 30 days from submission; after that, it remains pending and may still be published. Only personal information, abusive or unlawful content, advertising, unrelated content or an inauthentic experience can justify refusal or removal; a negative rating alone never does. The reason is emailed to you, remains visible from an account with your verified address, and you can appeal by replying to that email.

Publication and order. Your email and full last name are never published: your review is signed with your first name and last initial, or “Anonymous”. Published reviews keep their original wording, are never rewritten and are ordered by submission date, newest first. Each shows its publication date and, if you provided it, the month of your experience. The homepage may show up to three reviews chosen by the Maison; this editorial selection is separate from the full list.

Withdrawal and retention. You can request withdrawal or correction by email, or withdraw your review yourself from an account with the same verified address; withdrawal erases its text and signature. Published reviews are kept while publication remains authorised and useful, with no automatic deletion after three years. Closing your account keeps your published reviews as “Anonymous”, unlinked from your address and account. A technical identifier may be kept to prevent duplication and abuse. Please avoid personal information in your text. To report a review, write to bonjour@maison-yasmina.fr.
