04 — Signature creation
Le Fruit
“A fruit to delight the heart and enchant the palate.”
A dreamlike walk through Algiers’ Jardin d’Essai du Hamma. This trompe-l’œil creation is a vibrant tribute to the city’s luxuriant natural world.
The composition
Bespoke silky almond paste, naturally derived colours and a melting orange blossom heart.
